Information used to run TWIIVO
Account information includes your phone number, profile details such as name, date of birth, gender and approximate area, and authentication records. Outing information includes plans, participation, arrival confirmations and messages. Photos are optional.
Why this information is used
TWIIVO uses this information to authenticate accounts, apply adult and group eligibility rules, display outings, enable participant chats, support safety controls and process account requests. Do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.
What other people can see
Public visitors can browse outing details such as activity, public venue, date and available places. Participant chats are restricted to eligible members. Names are masked in participant views. A phone number, birth date or home address is not part of a public outing profile.
Photographs
Original profile photos are stored privately and are not supplied to other participants for a visual-only CSS blur. Where a protected preview is available, it must be separate from the original. You can choose not to upload a photo.
Service providers
TWIIVO uses hosting, database, authentication, SMS delivery and optional analytics services to operate. These services process information needed for their functions. The public site offers an optional analytics choice; refusing optional analytics does not prevent essential account storage.
Retention and deletion
Account controls let you request deletion. Deletion removes account access and associated personal content according to the implemented deletion process; cancelled outing history may remain without the deleted organizer’s identity. Backup expiry and records required for safety or legal obligations may differ from active-system deletion.
Your choices and contact
You can edit supported profile details, decline optional analytics, avoid uploading photos, block or report users and request account deletion. For a question about your information, email info.twiivo@gmail.com. Never send your PIN or verification code.
